FITNESS CENTER
FITNESS MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS CARD REQUIRED
The lower level houses a fitness center, which is equipped with cardio and strength training machines, free weights & benches, as well as TV/DVD player.

There are men's and women's changing rooms, restrooms, and showers. Between the fitness center and locker rooms is a water fountain with additional restrooms.

CHILDREN'S PLAYROOM

Children (under the age of 14) are required to stay in the colorful hand-painted playroom during your workout.
The playroom is adjacent to the Fitness Center room. You can keep an eye on your children through the half-door. The playroom has a TV/VCR with cable and some books, but it is recommended to bring toys, books or videotapes to keep your children entertained.
